She was predeceased by: her father Oral Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Radick; her children, Jeanine Roy (Aaron), Kimberly Bauman and Curtis Radick; her grandson Hudson Bauman; her mother Yoshiko Johnson; and her sisters, Barbara Crocker (Howard), Donna Keim (Keith Meagher) and Brenda Panone (Bernie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
