He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. George R. and Maude Jacoby (Scheiring); his daughter Wendy Jacoby; his former wife Dorothy Jacoby (Leaf); his brother-in-law Don; his siblings, Melba Moore (Jacoby), Donald Jacoby (Bud) and Charlotte Berry (Jacoby); and his sister-in-law Peggy Jacoby.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Maren Presutti (Jacoby) of Wheeling, WV, Nita Presutti of Columbus, OH, Keith Jacoby of New Carlisle, OH, Don, Joanne Hoops (Jacoby) of Ludlow Falls, OH, Leslie Godzik (Jacoby) of Tipp City, OH, Brandon Godzik of Cincinnati, OH, Gabe, Carly Jones (Godzik) of Tipp City, OH and Julian Vincent Jones; his brother Lloyd Jacoby; and his sister-in-law Winifred Jacoby. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the "Holden Chapel Fund" at Sulphur Grove United Methodist Church.
