He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Durham and Zelma McDaniel Durham Vickers; his half-brothers, Timmy Durham and Gary Lee Vickers; and his wife Cindy A. Caudill Durham.
He is survived by: his son James R. Durham (Dawnyel) of Tipp City, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kelsey Frost (David), Alan Durham (Hannah), Kasie Durham and Jason Durham; his great grandchildren, Hunter Frost, Ethan Durham, Lilliana Frost and Remington Durham; his sister Sue Subler of Versailles, Ohio; and his half-siblings, Nancy Blanton of New Lebanon, Ohio and Robbie Durham of Morehead, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends.
