He was predeceased by: his wife Rosella C.. He is survived by: his children, Joan Fagan (Pat), Nancy Robinson of Huber Heights and Daryl Faulkner of Urbana. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church in Jim's memory.
