She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Caves and Edith Caves (Campbell); her husband Floyd Clay Burnett; her son Shawn D. Burnett; and her siblings, Judy Caves, David Caves and Danny Caves.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Osborn of Huber Heights; her siblings, Bernice Caves of Tennessee, Mary Lowry of Cincinnati, Myrtle Caves of Dayton, OH and Bobby Caves of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Ciera L Burnett of Huber Heights, Ryan Osborn of Fairborn, Aimee Burnett of St. Mary and Aiden Johnson of West Milton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Burnett family asked that donations be made in Iva's name to PNC Bank.
