She is survived by: her husband Ira Donald Smith; and her daughters, April Conn (Brandon) of Myrtle Beach, Hope Doyle (Patrick) of Kettering and Meghan D. Smith of Huber Heights. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 step-son; 4 step-daughters, along with a host of relatives and friends.
