He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Ollie Moore; his former wives, Joyce Moore and Ginger Moore; his daughters, Lisa Moore and Dixie Crutchfield; and his siblings, Hazel, Una, Roy, Irene, Virginia, Arthur, Everette and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Moore; his daughter Glory Peyton (Manzel); his stepchildren, MariAnn Horner, Sam Horner (Debra), Kate Pleatman and Benjamin Horner (Heather); and his son-in-law Jerry Crutchfield. He is also survived by 18 loving grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
