She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor Russell and Lela Mae Smith (Stacey); her husband Jesse J. Mullins; her grandson Jesse Taylor Mullins; and her siblings, Dorothy Smith, William Chester Smith, Ada Kate West, James Edward Smith, Ralph Felix Smith and Claude Douglas Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael David Mullins (Karen), Theresa Diane Mullins, Steven Randall Mullins (Lisa), Rhonda Joyce Trammell (WIllie) and Crystal Gail Mullins; her grandchildren, Jessica Mullins, Jacob Mullins (Mandi), Rickey Mullins, Alicia Mullins, Jennifer Mullins, Antonie Garcia, Anthony Walker (Kaitlyn), Jeremy Wells, Emily Berry and Evan Berry; and her siblings, Addie Daphine Fritz, Deloris Ann Poling, Clodine Bonar and Marcella Hagar. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
