He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hitchcock and Bessie Hitchcock (Ratcliff); and his brother-in-law Darrell LeMaster. He is survived by: his wife Regennia K. Hitchcock (Crider); his children, Gwen Crowe of Eaton and David Pennington (Cindy) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Sara Kirby, Emily Landers (Cole), Kinsey Crowe, Joshua Evans and Paige Davenport (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Mason Landers, Charlotte Evans, Blayne Davenport and Kaitlyn Davenport; and his siblings, Ed Hitchcock (Nancy) of Casstown and Rosemary LeMaster of Casstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
