He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stevens and Pauline Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Kimberly Stevens, Timothy Stevens (Judy), Pamela Katulak (Mike), Amy Sanford (Darryl) and Jennifer Cummins (Ray); and his brothers, James, Thomas, Ronald, Rex and Douglas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
