He is survived by: his wife Michelle Turner (Falin); his son David Tyler Turner (Jamie); his sisters, Gloria Workman (John), Linda Orill and Almeda Phipps (Keith); his nephews, Joey Herzog (Lisa), Kevin Herzog (Stephanie) and Josh Phipps; and his pets, Kash and Rumor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
