He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cooney and Lois Cooney; and his siblings, Pam Dalzall and Doug Cooney. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Michelle Kincaid (Nate) and Jeff Cooney (Tatiana); his grandchildren, Hailey, Kelsey, Aubrey Kincaid, Hayden, Lydia, Hudson and Emma Cooney; his brothers, Ron and Phil Cooney; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Gravelle, Roger Bowyer (Roxie), Mark Bowyer (Cathy) and Gary Bowyer (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services.
