He is survived by: his wife Michelle Fischer Smith; his sons, Nathan and Jaxson Smith; his siblings, Brian Smith, Cindy Collins (Scott Haddix) and Deanna Smith (Aaron Winzinek); and his niece Christy Fleenor. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
