Johnston; his siblings, La'marr Johnston Cole (NY), Gregg Johnston (Sheri) of ID, Jere Johnston (OH), Vallery Johnston McClary (MI) and Alonzo Henderson (NY); his children, Gary Johnston, Steven Johnston of Huber Heights, OH, Kimberly Johnston of Fairfield, CA, Christa Overton of Hamilton, OH and Darren Beverly of Huber Heights, OH; his grandchildren, Payton Lackings, Chloé Johnston, Steven Johnston II, Darren Beverly, Collin Overton, Noel Overton, Aniya Hunt and Maleah Hunt; and his great grandchildren, Nyla Thomas, Nicolette Lackings, Xavier Beverly and Victoria Penda.
