He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his son Carl. He is survived by: his son Dwayne of Huber Heights; his granddaughters, Jesie, Hannah and Rebecca; and his siblings, Lucy and Robert.
Memorial Services 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home 5555 Philadelphia Dr. at N. Main St. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Antioch Shrine Foundation in Carl's memory.
