She was predeceased by: her parents, Bazil Fannin and Ada Fannin (Gillum); her husband Orville Tipton; her siblings, Clifton Fannin and Delores Coldiron; and her children-in-law, Richard M. Bird and Elaine Tipton.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Tipton and Sandra Bird. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
