Kiddy (Hubbard, Ohio), born in Peggs, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Neil and Brooksie Malinda Deardeuff Kiddy; and his siblings, Robert, Clarence, Fern, Lorene and Lola.

He is survived by : his children, William Thomas Welte of Mt. Washington, KY, Douglas Lathrom (Christine) of Oak Hill, FL, Samuel Anthony "Tony" LaValle (Rhonda) of Smithton, PA, Debrah Pershing (Joe) of Harrison, PA, Cynthia McPeak (Paul) of Brackenridge, PA, Sandra Roberts (Ron) of Eudora, KS and Malinda Erculiani (Rick) of Galitzon, PA. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
