She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bohach and Helen Podlucky Bohach; and her siblings, Paul Bohach, John Bohach, Louise Dunder, Ann Sirochman, Val David, Rose Moder, Marge Pelles, JoAnn Leckfor, Theresa Kettering and Katherine Bohach.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald J. Banjak; her daughters, Sandra Kerr (Mike) of Hubbard and Rhonda Banjak-Horvath of Hubbard; her grandchildren, Rachael Kerr (Jon Bunge), Joshua Kerr (Stacy) and Benjamin Kerr; and her sister-in-law Beverly Bohach of Florida.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Church (225 N Main St, Hubbard, OH 44425).
