She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Conn and Roberta B. Sample Conn; her husband Carl D. Javorchik Sr.; her daughter Michelle Lenna Javorchik; and her brothers, Gene Conn and Robert Conn.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Allen Powell Jr. (Leigh Anne) of Coitsville Township, John Charles Powell (Erin) of Hubbard and Carl David Javorchik Jr. (Lisa Marie) of Hubbard; and her sister Nancy Stewart (Edward) of Brookfield, Ohio.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
