He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick L. O'Hara and Catherine Graham O'Hara; and his siblings, Sally Baldelli, Patrick L. O'Hara, Thomas J. O'Hara and William O'Hara.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Barth; his children, Robert W. O'Hara (Laura) of East Liverpool, Heather A. O'Hara (Angus) of Hubbard and David A. O'Hara of Chicago; his grandson Liam; his children, Owen, Brennan, Declan and Finnian; his foster children, Emily Larrier and Paul J. Polito; and his brother-in-law Ray Baldelli of Struthers.
