He is survived by: his wife Mae Kalchthaler; and his children, Sheila Donnelly (Vincent) of Stoutsville, Ohio, Diane Perry (Ron) of Hubbard, Ohio, Robert Caldwell (Darla) of Toronto, Ohio and Thomas Caldwell of Masury, Ohio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
