He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L Osberg and Marion G. Suffolk Osberg; his wife Patricia E. Duke; and his siblings, Mina L. Bacon, Carl A. Osberg and Robert E. Osberg.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca R. Tritt (Harry) and Richard R. Osberg II (Kimberly) of Hubbard; his grandchildren, Richard Osberg (Megan), Harry Tritt, Barbara Tritt and Austin Osberg; and his sister Diane L. Carlisle (Dallas) of Florida. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
