It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis D. LaCivita of Hubbard, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Pascarella and Julia Pascarella; her children, Karen P. LaCivita and James M. LaCivita; her grandsons, Anthony L. LaCivita and Johnny R. Violi; and her siblings, Mary Maloney, Patricia Carsone, Carl, Mike and James Pascarella.
She is survived by: her children, Larry LaCivita (Debbie) of Hubbard, Maria Castner (Donald) of Hubbard, Christine Mangan (Jeff DePoy) of Hubbard and Susan LaCivita of Hubbard; and her grandchildren, Angela Beach (Chad), Dr. Kristie Chang (Alexander), Rocco LaCivita (Kristen), James LaCivita Jr., Christopher LaCivita (Brandy), Mary Catherine Welch (Garrett), Jacob Castner (Ashley), Justine Hull (John), Dr. Elizabeth Mangan, Patrick Mangan II (Kaitlyn), Anna Mangan and Jesse LaCivita. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
