He is survived by: his wife Julia A. Fecych; his children, Richard W. Fricker of Hubbard, Lynne Stiver (Jeff) of Hubbard and Christine Julian (Michael) of Dublin; his sisters, Shirley DeVeto (Jim) of Hubbard and DeLaine Koeliliker of Hubbard; his grandchildren, Jason Stiver (Katelyn), Christopher Stiver (Rachel), Tony Julian, Jamie Julian, Jacob Fricker and Jenna Fricker; and his great grandchild Jay Alonzo Stiver.
