He is survived by: his children, Gordon "Ray" Dalton (Debbie) of Youngstown, Paul David Blackburn of Boardman and Susan Blackburn (Mike Wilson) of Hubbard; his brothers, Cecil Blackburn (Kim) of Sharon and James Blackburn of Alabama; his grandchildren, Jennifer Dalton, Jesse Blackburn (Paige), Josh Wilson, Nathan McLaughlin, Candace Wilson, Michael Wilson (Loren) and Brienna Rosile; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Timothy, Madison, Bryson, Nolan, Alex, Bailey, Mojo and Lilly.
