She is survived by: her husband Joe (Church); her children, Joseph S. Kovack of Hubbard, Valerie Elliott (Todd) of Orlando and Jeffery Kovack (Bob Ganem) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Joseph A. Kovack (Crystin Min), Ryan Kovack (Stephanie), Ashley Elliott and Amanda Elliott; her great grandchildren, Ophelia, Oberon Kovack and Elizabeth Kovack; and her siblings, John O'Brien (Sandra) of Brookfield, James O'Brien (Carole) of Brookfield, Paul O'Brien (Tina) of Brookfield, Michael O'Brien (Anne Marie), Robert O'Brien (Shirley), Mary Kathleen "Kitti" Hudson (late Jim), Jennifer Bacik (Dale) and Dorothy "Dotti" Pepe (Anthony). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
