She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Williams and Ella Mae Edinger Williams; her husband Francis "Frank" E. Howley; her children, Lora Lee Howley, Mae Ann Weimer and John Mathew Howley; and her sister Lora Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Frank R. Howley (Allyson) of North Jackson, Thomas E. Howley of Girard, Eugene J. Howley (Lori) of Weathersfield, Amy Kovalchik (Ken) of Berlin Center, Mary Porter of Poland and Julie L. Melek (John) of Poland; and her siblings, Dan Williams (Shirley) of Hubbard, Ohio. and Janice Hudach of Hubbard, Ohio.. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
