She is survived by: her husband Walter F. Smith; her sons, Stan Smith of Hubbard and Frank Smith (Ginny) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her sister Josephine Lobazo; and her grandchildren, Mellissa West (Tad) of San Antonio, TX and Jennifer Ashley (Brad) of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by her parents; her husband.
