She is survived by: her children, George Petrusko Jr. (Terri) of Hubbard, Michael Petrusko (Pam) of Hubbard and Gina Zametz (Chris) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Joni Petrusko, Joshua Petrusko, Christopher and Sean Zametz; her granddaughter-in-law Elaunah Petrusko; and her great grandchildren, Dominic and Alexander Petrusko.
