She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Carano and Caroline DePaul Carano; her husband Ray Fenton; her children, Constance Tarr-Bostardi (Frank) of Hubbard, Nicholas Tarr Jr. of Youngstown, Marianne Tarr (Tom Novosel) of Boardman, Anthony Tarr of Hubbard and Gregory Tarr (Kara) of Hubbard; her stepchildren, Pam and Greg; and her sisters, Carol O'Rourke and Irene Brall. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
