Menendez (Hubbard, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amado Menendez and Monse Cabon Menendez; and his brother Rick Menendez. He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Suraci; his children, Dominic J. Menendez (Trissa) of Howland, Michael James Menendez (Kathryn) of Olmsted Falls and Lisa M. Stiftinger (Kirt) of Hubbard; his siblings, Raymond A. Menendez (Donna) of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Lou Menendez of Youngstown and Virginia Alves (Rich) of Charlotte, NC; his half-sister Connie DeLeo of Erie, PA; his sister-in-law Marlene Menendez of Hubbard; and his grandchildren, Kirsten, Carson, Logan, Gianna, Isabella and Matthew.
