He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lacivita; his sons, Larry Lacivita (Lea) of North Benton, OH and Garry Lacivita (Kim) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Stacy Lacivita of Boardman, Jennifer Ortega (Tim) of Boardman, Stephen Lacivita (Brandon Lacivita) and Gina (Danielle Lacivita); his great grandchildren, Evie Willow and Saylor Brooks Ortega of Boardman; and his sister Wilma Moore of Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
