He is survived by: his former wife Mary Carol Kodrick White; his wife Dottie Reed; his children, David White, Susan Thomas (John) and Dianne Greene Mary Beth (Russell); and his stepchildren, Linda Lewnes (Pete) and John Reed (Lori Kukora). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild and 1 step-greatgrandchild.
