He was predeceased by: his parents, Balazs Balogh and Rose Phillips Balogh; his wife Lillian Leach; his daughter Cheryl Mangine; and his siblings, Judy Ramhoff, Rose Losiewicz and Balas "Duke" Balogh.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Balogh (Cheri) of Youngstown and Tammy Kopnicky (Tom) of Struthers; and his stepdaughters, Gina Shives (David) of Hubbard, Susan Kilar (Daniel) of Hubbard and Dawn Matola (Tod) of Powell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
