She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius A. Rapczak and Doris Rapczak (Stillwell); her son Randall Sallaz; her sister Yvonne Kandel; and her granddaughter Ashley Sallaz.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley M. Sallaz of Hubbard; her sons, Timothy Sallaz (Mary) of Deerfield and Richard Sallaz (Erine) of Hubbard; and her siblings, Elaine Scott of West Farmington, Cheryl Rapczak of Niles and Anthony Rapczak (Linda) of Newton Falls.
