She is survived by: her husband John Fulytar Sr.; her sons, John Fulytar Jr. (Rachel) of New Middletown, Bob Fulytar and Tim Fulytar (Jamie) of Hubbard; her sister Linda McCullough (Jim) of Hubbard; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Ethan and Bodhi Fulytar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
