He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Drayton Beltz. He is survived by: his parents, John J. and Katherine A. Vukovich Rappach; his wife Phyllis McCliment; his children, Michael Zitnik, Mark Zitnik (Nicole), Laura Rappach and John Rappach; his grandchildren, Candice Beltz (Jehrid), Mikel Zitnik, Rylee Zitnik and Ella Zitnik; his great grandchild Dash Beltz; and his brother James Rappach (Bonnie) of Hubbard.
