It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Kanetsky of Hubbard, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Kanetsky and Mary Kanetsky (Martinko); his brothers, Martin Kanetsky (Mary Ann) of Hubbard and Joseph Kanetsky of Breckenridge; his sister-in-law Setsuko Kanetsky of Rocky River; his nieces and nephews, Michael Kanetsky (Cheryl), Cathy Pfaff (Eric), Tanya Purdy (Tom), Nancy Merritt (Brian), Jen Watson (Tom), Jason Budd, Matt Kanetsky (Erika), Marty Kanetsky (Heather), Marc Kanetsky (Kara), Liz Kanetsky and Andy Kanetsky; and his siblings, Kandy Budd and Albert "Junie" Kanetsky. He was also cherished by 15 great nieces and nephews.
