He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Burnett and Alberta E. Thompson Burnett; and his sister Dianne Buckner. He is survived by: his pet Roxie; his friend Jerry Jacisin; his wife Helen R. Easley; his daughter Heather Lynn Burnett; and his brothers, Charles D. Burnett (Sandra) of Poland and Jerry F. Burnett of Lowellville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
