He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Handel and Rosella Handel (Disurd); and his daughter Jennifer Ayres (Handel). He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri" Handel (Swidrak); his daughter Stephanie Burnett (Michael); and his grandchildren, Carter, Cole and Elaina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
