She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Phillip Glen Thompson Sr.; her parents, Lillie Cheatwood and James Nelson; her siblings, Andy Fisher (Darlene), Joe Fisher, Tina Kelly (Rich), Judy Fisher (Greg), Late and Anthony Nelson; her sons, Phillip Thompson Jr. (Dawn) and James Matthew Thompson (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Jocelynne Laleah Thompson and William Glenn Thompson. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family has chosen not to hold services due to the pandemic, instead will be hosting a gathering of friends and family at her mother's home.
