He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence R. Russell; and his close friend Wayne D. Scott. He is survived by: his mother Sandra K. Bailey Russell of Hubbard; his wife Tammy Skidmore; his children, Joe M. Cornell (Shannon) of Liberty, Shalyn N. Kay (Justin) of Girard and Brooke R. Collins (Ryan) of McDonald; his stepsons, Devin Marsh of Freedom, PA and Jordan Marsh of Freedom, PA; and his former wife Amy Hayda. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 step grandchildren.
