He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Musser of Youngstown and Evelyn Thiele of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is survived by: his children, William, Sherry Clingerman of Youngstown, James Musser of Florida and Amanda Musser (Jason Davis) of Hubbard; his stepchildren, Albert Davis of Warren, David Davis of Missouri, Thomas Davis (Cynthia) of Wheatland and Tracy DelSignore (Joseph) of Hubbard; and his significant other Asenath "Toots" Kagle of Hubbard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
