She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schulte and Marie Gerthung Schulte; her husband William L. Hoover Sr.; and her brothers, Larry and John Schulte.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. William L. Hoover Sr. (Laura), Arlis Hoover (Tracy) and Angel Kinder (Rick); and her brothers, Albert "Butch" Schulte and Mark Schulte (Muffy). She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
