She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Carvalheira and Adelaide Fick Carvalheira; her husband William E. Collins; her grandson Bob Smith; and her daughter-in-law Shellie Collins.
She is survived by: her children, William M. Collins of Hubbard, Kathy Smith (Duke) of Mantua and Robert G. Collins (Michelle) of Navarre; and her sister Dorothy A. Shaw of San Antonio, Texas.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home (407 W Liberty St, Hubbard, OH 44425). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
