She was predeceased by: her parents, James V. Perline and Sylvia Perline (Coser); her sister Elizabeth Dellick; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph O'Hara, Jerome O'Hara and Kenneth Klase.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie O'Hara (Lee); her children, Maureen Fakner (Omar Abbas) of Campbell, Patricia Ball (Anthony) of Hubbard, Donna Onderko (Kenneth) of Liberty Twp and Lee O'Hara Jr. (Soula) of Hubbard; her grandchildren, Ryan Fakner (Eleshia), Shannon O'Neill (Mike Golgosky), Jonathan Fakner (Emily), Ashlee Fakner (Seth Angstrom), Michael O'Neill (Amanda), Amanda Onderko, Brittany Bond (Matthew), Lee O'Hara III and John O'Hara; her siblings, Marie Klase, James Perline Jr. (Patricia) and Rebecca Layman (Lawrence); and her siblings-in-law, William Dellick, Ilene Arthur (Fred) and Virginia O'Hara. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
