She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Deborah Staples (Dave) of Downingtown, PA., George Lopuchovsky (Terri) of Hubbard, Tina Williams (Mark) of Richmond Hill, GA., Gary Lopuchovsky (Cheryl) of Cortland, Greg Lopuchovsky (Sheri) of Hubbard and Geoff Lopuchovsky (Maria) of Poland; her grandchildren, Matt Lopuchovsky (Rachel Weigand), Mike Lopuchovsky (Rebecca), Amanda Delaney (Tim), Zac Staples, Jack Williams, Nick Williams, Mark Williams, Ryan Lopuchovsky, Morgan Eramus (Javier), Brett Lopuchovsky, Bailey Lopuchovsky, Brock Lopuchovsky, Galena Lopuchovsky and Eli Lopuchovsky; her great grandchild Bryce Lopuchovsky; her siblings, John A. Smith of Masury, Kathleen Thompson (Lewis) of Hubbard, Rosemary Barnes (Robert) of Washington, Linda Sypert of Boardman, Marian Kolat (William) of Vienna, Eileen Greaf (Robert) of Liberty and Martin Smith of Masury; and her sister-in-law Mary Smith of Hubbard.
