He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Zitnik and Ann M. Vukovich Zitnik; his wives, Carol Wisniewski and Theresa Shargo; and his brother Edward Zitnik.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Zitnik of Mayfield Heights and Lynn Koger (John) of Mooresville; his sisters-in-law, Mary Kibler (Robert), Ruthie Zitnik, Tina Tinkey (Robert) and Tammy Baker (Scott); and his stepgrandchildren, Brandon and Maximilian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
