He is survived by: his brother Carl Phillips (Mae) of Florida; his niece Diana Shipton (Charles) of Masury; his nephew William Phillips (Lisa) of Vienna; his caregiver Colleen Hughes-Noll of Hubbard; and also Pam Motton of Vienna.
