He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Weaver and Helen Stanley Weaver; his wife Ramona M. Frye; and his siblings, John, Edward, Robert, William and Barbara.

He is survived by: his children, Delbert Weaver of Hubbard, Lloyd Weaver (Kim) of Niles, John Weaver (Christine) of Niles, Bill Weaver (Lisa) of Hubbard, Treva Flynn (John) of Hubbard and Lena Setzer (Rick) of Granite Falls, NC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
